garlic cheese bombs
03 July 2020 / BreadSuper easy but super cheesy
Okay, so for my first recipe, we’re going to start off super simple. After just graduating from college and moving to a new city, I’m still just starting to settle in. Thus, I don’t have much to work with. These buttery, garlic cheese bombs require super simple ingredients and can be made in 30 minutes!

Ingredients
* 1 can of 8 refrigerated biscuits
* mozzarella cheese or cheese sticks
* 4 Tbsp salt
* 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1 pinch salt
* chopped scallions
* oregano (optional)
1. Preheat the oven to 350F
2. Open the biscuit can and cut each biscuit in half
3. Prepare 16 mozzarella cheese cubes
4. Roll out biscuit dough into a flat disk, place a cheese cube in the middle, and enclose the dough around the cheese
5. Place each ball of dough and cheese into a pan
6. Melt butter and mix in garlic powder, scallions, salt, and any other herb you want to use
7. Brush the butter mixture on top of the dough
8. Bake for 15 minutes
